The relationship between the landmark hotel and luxury Scottish jeweller was first forged in 1902 when Hamilton & Inches created the hotel’s majestic clock. Since its creation, the clock has always been set precisely three minutes fast, to ensure residents never miss their train. In fact, the only day the clock is set correctly is Hogmanay for the city’s New Year celebrations.
